Happiness is a choice.  It’s easier to be happier than you think.

We are richer than we have ever been.  We have more choices than we have ever had.  But for many of us, life feels like a constant struggle.  Does this sound familiar? Work is tiring and competitive.  Evenings are full of more responsibilities, and when you’re done, there’s a big bottle of wine to open and the TV to watch.  No time to question whether you are living your best life.  Whether you are living a life that is true to yourself, and one that is truly making you happy.

Looking at these questions takes courage.  But often small changes can make a huge difference.  Rejoining the choir that you used to go to.  Taking a few minutes in the morning to meditate.  Getting in touch with an old friend you haven’t seen for years.

But making these changes is surprisingly difficult and can require help.  If you want to work with Izzy, she offers various different options.  See below.  If you are unsure, you can book in for a Happiness Audit here, to discuss what might work best for you.

Feedback from my clients

“I am fortunate that I have been able to work with Izzy as she has the ability to help me see things from a different angle and fresh perspective. Even things I’ve tried are given a new lease of life when used in the right context. Izzy has helped me to find myself again when I’ve lost my way and has the ability to make me see that I am still in there and that I’m doing alright.”

Mel Simmonds

Assistant Manager, halow project

“Izzy started coaching me at the beginning of last year. I was going through a difficult time and looking for a new job. I’d be struggling for a while but with her help and guidance I began to see that there was a way out of it. She really helped me focus on what I wanted and made that seem achievable. Talking to her gave me the confidence and self-belief to continue with my job search. Thanks to her I now have a job I love but more importantly she gave me the confidence and support I needed to get there.”

Hannah Woolley

Editorial Assistant, The Physiological Society

Gratitude is a central component. I am able to reflect on where to appreciate and be extremely grateful for, all the support I have been provided which has got me to this point. You have been key to this and I can honestly say I wouldn’t be where I am without it. So, to use a term I learnt somewhere I wanted to send you a ‘super charged’ thank you for all the support and guidance you have provided me with.” — Happiness MBA Alumni
